Dairy Queen — Restaurant in Vallejo

If I can rate this place in negatives I would. Terrible "service", if you would even call it that. I was 14 and with my dad and I walked up to the window to ask a question, the employee (black female very late teens to early 20s, most likely early 20s. This has absolutely nothing to do with race i'm just trying to give a picture/discription of the person) completely ignored me. She acted stuck up just looking straight down the whole time stuffing ice cream in a cup. She rolled her eyes and looked in one direction the whole time purposely ignoring me even though I called out to her several times. She was taking her sweet little time going extremely slow all while trying to act cute, like she is better than everybody and too good for anything, she ignored me by just looking in one direction as to not see anybody, it was sickening. Too much entitlement and false believed self importance. Do better dairy queen. It was my first and even up to this day last time there, I really wanted to try dairy Queen because I love Milkshakes and ice cream and see the commercials all the time and it looks really good so I...

Used to go frequently. During one of their special promotions my friend whom is disabled invited me to join her and her Grand kids at DQ. as she could not fit her wheelchair in the car with the kids.My friend stayed in the car , parked in the handicap spot directly in front of the service window and I took the kids up to the window ordered a meal for each if us. Including my friend.The promotion was for a free small blizzard. The woman who was the "manager" Said my friend had to come to the window herself if she wanted her free blizzard.And she pointed to my friend and said it was only a few feet. After arguing the point that that was impossible and unable to get them to process a refund. We took our food and left. When I emailed DQ corporate it was impossible to get any response other than a automated corporate shine on response. There are so many less expensive better local ice cream shops (cold stone, Baskin Robbins.Vallejo Creamery) that serve real ice cream and treat their customers with respect, that I see no reason to ever go back to this hateful,...

First the wait was rediculous. 30 minutes to order. By the time i ordered the special time. The sign said 2-4. Get to the window the lady was rude like theres no special here anymore. then i ordered 4 blizzards, a meal, and 2 regular cheeseburgers. The blizzards all were melted and liquid within 5 minutes and it was only 65 out. I will never come here again. 45 minutes of waiting for some horrible food. Most of the options on the menu say not available. tried to take my kids on a ice cream date but was sadly mistaken.
