Karl and his team did the cake and desserts for our wedding this past April 2022. From the moment we stepped foot into his shop for the first time, Karl made us feel like we were old friends. He was very generous with his samples and thorough in describing his style, numerous flavors, and various pastries, although his confections spoke for themselves. Everything we tasted was delicious, which made it a challenge to narrow our selection. We went with this three-tier cake (kahlua and chocolate raspberry), and our desserts included a Henny chocolate mousse, lemon meringue, red velvet cupcakes, caramel apple chocolate cake, and white chocolate toffee pretzel cookies. These were all a hit at our wedding and our guests couldn't get enough! My wife, our parents, and I will definitely return to his shop now and then to fulfill the cravings that are...

We ordered a cake from Karl for my mom’s birthday after seeing him on the Halloween Baking Competition. He was very friendly and took the time to sit with us to understand what we were looking for even though he seemed very busy. We asked for a bird theme, preferably in a nest with some flower detailing. We showed him some inspiration photos, but ultimately wanted him to have creative freedom. He was able to get the cake done on time for the party and it was beautiful! Definitely the nicest cake I have ever seen and the taste was great! Our guests loved it and so did my mom.
