I went here all of the time. It had been my go to spot after HTP was bought out. It's usually pretty solid. They recently fired a lot of people and downsized tho. It hasn't effected wait times, really. I am annoyed with a purchase I had recently however.. I purchase wax in this place at least once a week and rarely buy flower, except maybe joints. I was brought to the "Concentrate" section after asking exclusively for wax and was shown the selection inside. The brand *Gelato had what appeared to be a new selection of wax out, I asked for 2 of them. I asked specifically to make sure if it was wax and not kief, as it did say keif on the bag. Something I put down to packaging and branding of *Gelato products, which have a tendency to be flashy . I was told by the bud tender it was wax. (yes, wax is different than kief, but all are concentrate...) I come home, open them up and find they are indeed kief. Yes, a concentrate, but not something I can dab with... When I returned to ask for an exchange or maybe even reduced price of something I can actually use, they said no and made sure I knew that kief was distinctly a concentrate. Which, fine. Horrible experience and I’ve never had one at any shop. It was my first time in. The people at the front didn’t tell me to remind them it was my first time for the free pre roll. It was empty in the store so there were literally 3 people not working and the girl sounded like she wanted to rush me out of there. She seemed irritated by every question I asked. I was trying to buy for my boyfriend so I only know what he likes and I had a few questions but I would have spent a lot of money has she been more friendly. Anyways she asked twice about giving my phone number for loyalty points but not for a free roll. I declined because I wasn’t going to come back after her treatment. When I got out to the front to leave then the person that registered me said hey I forgot to tell you about the free roll make sure you go back and tell her. So I turned around and asked her. She said no that’s why I asked you about the loyalty point but you declined so I can’t give it to you now. I should have never have tipped her. I’ve been into so many shops and everyone is so friendly. Literally no one in the store. I was polite to her. She was just rude. I wish someone Solar would have helped me because it looked like a...

Each time I visit here it's always clean and organized which is a huge plus. Some other places seem dark and sketchy. Vtown envelopes you in a professional yet comfortable experience with the bright lights and decent music selections. One downside for me though is that there are too many options and for me personally that makes it feel a bit overwhelming and stressful. Which brings me to the budtenders. I appreciate they have an abundance of them, definitely helps in getting you taken care of faster but I started to notice there are more younger inexperienced, less knowledgeable people then there are bud tenders that can actually give you a real personal opinion or whom at least seem to know what they are talking about. I have definitely learned something from the better ones each time I go #theentourageffect #curedresin One other thing I really am grateful for is the pricing. Anyone with any budget can find something to heal the soul. I am a Cart fan and though not very often they sometimes run a Bogo, buy 2 get one on the cartridges which is super great savings. 😀 Overall I'd definitely recommend them...
