04/10/2018: Not only was I sold the wrong tips so I had to buy another battery but the Cookies Indica Gold Cart cartridge self destructed. I'm gentle with my belongings... I've had CBD and THC tips that have lasted for a full year without damage but I go to put the cartridge back on the battery after charging it and it falls apart. I did not twist it very hard since I've been told that it needs to be just finger tight and I've never had this happen before in the 4+ years I've been using vape pens. No wonder it was so much cheaper than what I've bought in Colorado if they fall apart so easily.

I can't find the manufacturer on the internet and I only kept the part of the package to store with them so I'd know what I had. The shop is clear that there are no refunds. I'm going somewhere else from now on. Hell, at this point it's seeming like a better idea to drive to Reno and get products that while more expensive are made up for in quality.

I'd like to give this a higher rating as the staff was VERY friendly but I was sold the wrong product for the hardware I have despite bringing it with me to be sure since it's a long drive for me to get here. Staff might want to get some literature from their suppliers regarding appreciate hardware.

I ended up having to go to another store and shell out another $20 to make up for their mistake. (No returns)

The entryway is undergoing construction so combined with the overall location I was hesitant to trust this place but the shop floor is very professional looking.

The selection is small but varied and the brands they sell have high ratings on objective sites.

Prices were surprisingly reasonable but I was told that the tax regulations may change in the coming months so things might go up. I appreciated that he was so blunt about that. He wanted his customer to know exactly what was going on.

Strange that very little had accurate breakdowns of exact percentages on the packaging, which makes me believe that California doesn't (yet) have as strong of testing requirements as other states which have legalized sales but it doesn't appear to have impacted quality.

I spend around $150 a week here. I reside in napa and recently i caught a scam! I ordered stuff worth $36 including all taxes and delivery charges! He then called me saying the order is too less of the item you’ve ordered. I asked does it matter you still charge me delivery fee. Long story short they ask you to order more and also charge you delivery fee saying you are too far so order stuff worth $60 and above.

Scam scam and scam… either dont charge delivery fee over orders $40-$50 or charge per mile like normal laws. Never coming back.

The smoakland carts they have break so easily from the tip basically have to tape it the ceramic ones.

Lastly, the manager sergio just has a pride that he is the OWNERS son and doesn't try to negotiate the terms.

Also, some of the products don’t hit as compared to other dispensaries look like the details are false! I always get stuff thats strong 90% above and i dont abuse marijuana either i have my tolerance pretty low.

Every dispensary is different. As a MoeGreens ambassador I am definitely used to a very upscale atmosphere and that is not always a good thing. Happy Herbs has a great home vibe and they definitely pay attention to the patients needs. The prices were excellent and I had a chance to speak with the owner who was extremely polite and knowledgeable about the industry. I will definitely keep returning to this establishment.
