Our family has been ordering chocolates from Malley's for well over 50 years. Each year Grandma spends well over $1,000 on candies during Easter and Christmas. This year was very disappointing. When our order arrived everything was a melted mess! When our aunt, who placed the order, called to ask what happened she was told she had opted out of the ice packs. We live in Florida! She would NOT have opted out of the ice packs. She spent $68 on the shipping, the cost of the ice packs wouldn't have been a problem. IF she had accidentally clicked to cancel the ice packs someone should have called or emailed her to confirm that. Malley's is refusing to make it right. Sad, the children in the family cried because their special Easter candy is destroyed. No more Malley's in this family after this rotten experience. Looked around a few minutes and then took our place six feet from the counter on the strip of red tape on the floor that is marking where you are supposed to stand and wait.
