When I can get the internet to work, it is half decent. However; I called SEVERAL days ago because my service has been spotty and was told “someone would be called”, but I never got a follow up. When you call to leave a voicemail and hit “0” to take you to the message recording- it simply starts the nightmare robot over again and you are unable to leave a message.
Finally, this is not the first issue I have had with service being cut off due to “breaking contract”, which I did NOT do as I was set up on autopay. I was told it was a “billing error” and credited part of the fees back, but getting that mess rectified took a few days that time, too.

When you call the technician he gives you a sales pitch about “how efficient there new system is and it’s odd to find someone having issues.” He acts as though people don’t communicate with each other; I haven’t met a single person that uses there service who doesn’t also deal with the consistent intermittent connections if any connections are maintained by there system. He then hooks his computer up to the router a couple minutes later says “that should do it or somehow this or that” that’s if we don’t get a sales pitch about the latest tower we could have installed at our expense and leaves us with the same issues that we had before he arrived. A technician came to our house on 11/27 morning and replaced a defective router which resolved our issue. His attitude was respectful and customer oriented. The feedback I asked him to take back to his leadership team (continuous improvement) is to monitor for issues daily and provide after hour support when needed.
