If you are they will not let u stay even if it's booked through an online agency and you don't have a major credit card, not a bank card but it has to be a major credit card. So just imagine my disappointment when im already running way behind schedule and get there in the middle of the night expecting to get my room and go to bed, just to be denied a room cause my id states that I'm from a nearby by town that half an hour away e even though i don't live there anymore, just haven't had time to update my address, and this is like 3am and im tired and just want to lay my head down. Since the new owners took over this place is great! They did a lot of renovation! Very Clean rooms, big comfy beds, smart tvs, hot showers, I just can't say enough good things! The staff is wonderful especially the live in manager Tyler he is friendly and very helpful! If there is any problems he is quick to fix it.plus they are family friendly and understands sometimes kids ( we have a toddler) can get a bit rambunctious and loud (occasionally having tantrums).it's also nice that Tyler keeps a close eye on things it makes me feel safe when I'm here alone with my son while my husband works. Wanted to like it. Calling for reservations, good information, pet friendly seemed willing to please. Check in, okay. Saw room first, large, king size bed, good water pressure and clean. Nice bed. TV, microwave and refrigerator works well. Left for a few hours, on return floor marks on carpet, "dusty looking". You could brush it away but it would return later. Reported it to manager when he brought the blanket we requested. Showed marks, he insisted it was from the dog and offered to vacuum. Let it go however the "dust" would disappear when pushed around.
