5 Stars will never be enough for this amazing store. Every single worker here has been kind, helpful and genuinely amazing to me for all the years I've been coming here. I only recommend Mockingbird Moon to people because the store is amazing. It's so simple to browse, the selection of items is so vast and constantly improving, the quality of items is amazing, they are constantly supporting local artists and the workers are the best.

Mikey is wonderful, he is funny and so easy to talk to. He will do everything he can to answer a question swiftly and honestly. He's good at checking in on you as you browse too. ❤️

Alé is so sweet and equally easy to talk to. She'll answer a question efficiently and can point you just about anywhere with great advice on where to start or improve your spiritual journey. ✨️

1st time customer at this store. I was shopping around for numerous items including the mini crystals. A sign said to place the crystals on a tray so I grabbed what I had thought to be a little wooden tray to sit the crystals on. I get to the counter and the little wooden tray tips to the side ad I’m placing the items down but none only the crystals fall off. The woman at the counter stated that I should have grabbed a tray and I apologized and told her that I was believed the wooden tray was the tray the sign was referring to. She told me no and what it was actually used for and if I wanted to purchase it but I declined. She slides the crystals on the counter to begin ringing in my room items as I try to move my other various items in front of her so she can scan them and as she’s reaching for an item, her forearm brushed across the crystals knocking them on them on the floor. She rudely said to me that this is why we use the trays as if I was the one that knocked the crystals on the floor. She was rude for no reason. I told her not to worry about ringing up my other items and left the store. I do not plan to shop here ever again as I like to spend where I’m not going to be muttered to as if I’m an ingrate when that was simply my first time shopping at this store. Idk what everyone here with the negative reviews are talking about but I went into this store and had a great experience. The man who everyone says is mean really just seems to blunt and wasn’t rude in the slightest and didn’t pressure me to buy anything at all and genuinely wanted to give me advice which is the opposite of what most shops will do. Everybody goes through stuff so expecting people to be 110% joyful all the time is not really realistic. I’m pretty sensitive to peoples energy and it was a great conversation that he didn’t need to have, so I appreciate the time he took to talk to me.
