Cabo Beach Grill — Restaurant in Ventura

Been here several times over the years and don't plan to go back.

Ventura is packed with tons of GREAT mexican food places and Cabo Beach Grill is only average. Have tried their breakfast offerings, normal burrito and taco offerings and drinks and all of them are only ok. Considering that the price is on par with the others in town, the food should be better for this price.

The last time I came here (July 2016), it was because I had a flat tire across the street. If I had to do it again, I would walk the 1/2 mile to Snapper Jacks (and back) rather than...

We are burrito lovers and have gone everywhere. This place has really fabulous quality meat and chicken. Owners changed hands a few years ago, so pay attention to that in the reciews. We are regulars for their chicken or steak burritos, street soft tacos, tostada salad...

Yummy Pico de gallo. Doesn't seen quite as fresh as Baja Fresh's Pico de gallo, but very yummy. Good mild white sauce, too.

Went to go buy tacos and was extremely disappointed in the quality of the food. Ordered (2)shrimp, (2)chicken and (2)asada tacos. All of them were over cooked. The steak was gray, shrimp was hard to chew threw and chicken was dry and tough to chew as well. On top of that there was a hair in the salsa. If you're charging over 4 dollars a taco I would expect quality and it clearly wasn't...
