I just had an experience with the female pharmacist that moved me to warn others to take their business elsewhere. I take a drug I cannot just randomly go on and off of. She said she couldn’t fill it on the date the doctor wrote it for because it wasn’t the exact number of days since it was last filled. This is not something I’ve heard from another pharmacist over 20+ years. This isn’t a drug they always have, and have to order. Which means in this person’s individual completely dehumanizing conception of her relationship with patients, I would be guaranteed at some point to show up, they don’t have it, and boom now I’m randomly off my meds - which has consequences. This cavalier attitude about people going on and off of their medications randomly is shockingly irresponsible and unprofessional. If you have another pharmacy near your work or on your drive, use it. A place that employs and individual like this is a liability to...

Love the staff, very helpful. Miri (Mimi) and Leah are excellent pharmacists. Front end store is also helpful in a pinch.

For a con: I personally think this pharmacy serves a bigger community than you'd figure which means they get a lot of scripts but have low pharmacy tech retention. They need to give better pay/benefits to attract techs - they do a lot more work than they are given credit for to be honest. Unfortunately, a lack of retention can mean long wait times on certain days but it's not really the fault of the staff, they are trying their best. So all to say, have some patience and please don't yell at these folks - if it's urgent they'll figure...

I called to ask whether they could develop disposable cameras. I was pleasant and the woman interrupted me to tell me they can't develop them or send them away and that they don't know of anywhere that will. That is fine and just the information I was looking for. What was not fine was her attitude and the fact she hung up on me. I was asking a simple question and was pleasant. Did not expect or deserve attitude and a hang up. I will drive to Burlington or Middlebury rather than frequent this...
