I am devastated and deeply disappointed with my experience ordering a custom three piece sofa set from Bespoke. This was meant to be a beautiful, lasting addition to my home, something I could enjoy for years. I spent $8,000, a significant investment, hoping for quality and elegance, but what I received was far from that. When the sofas arrived, they felt off, but within two weeks, the large sofa had already broken. The materials are shockingly cheap, and the craftsmanship is so poor that I could hardly use them they’re simply uncomfortable and poorly made. When I contacted Bespoke, they refused to take responsibility, only offering to “help me sell” the broken furniture. I am devastated. Bespoke did all of my custom furniture for my home and I couldn't be happier. Custom furniture is tricky and you need to get it right the first time. When you find the right people who can actually help you through the process and are willing to leverage their years of experience and suggestions, to me I couldn't put a price on that. When the furniture arrived I was absolutely blown away by the quality. I am confident after feeling, touching. and living with this furniture that it will last a long, long time.
