Scam, scam and scam!! I’ve used multiple 3rd party ticket sellers and this one was a first and LAST! We purchased concert tickets for an event on a major holiday. Upon arriving to the venue, the tickets they transferred into my account would not scan and then a message came up that they were unable to be linked to my Ticketmaster account. I not only called them right away, at which they refused to help nor hold their word with “guaranteed entry” I was forced to spend additional money for my children and I to attended the event. I have made multiple attempts to communicate and provided plenty of proof to this establishment and they deflect and come up with more steps they wanted to take. I went as far as contacting Ticketmaster per Megaseats and Ticketmaster advised this is why people should not purchase from 3rd party sellers. Long story short, if my money is not refunded which it has been over a month since writing this review I will file a small claim in court against them and ask for compensation for embarrassment and false advertising. They were no assistance even when I called them from the venue right away when the issue initiated and that ended with their agent hanging up the phone on me…STAY clear from them and check out Marks Tickets, Vivid seats and seat geeks they’ve always maintained their guarantee...

I did my due diligence and looked at reviews and despite it saying the tickets would not get transferred until 24 hrs before the event I went ahead. Those 24 hrs came and went. I reached out to MegaSeats several times. They always responded quickly and in the end they told us our tickets were no longer available which seemed crazy since I bought them in May. I’m assuming the seller decided he could get more money for them so decided just to not deliver them. Fortunately MegaSeats came through and secured us new seats actually better than the ones we bought. It was stressful until 4 hrs before the game, but we are grateful MegaSeats delivered good...
Read moreHorrible experience-was traveling to a baseball game. Tickets were never transferred correctly. Contacted customer service for 5 days straight. Emails were always generic and not helpful, phone wait times exceeded 45 minutes. When I explained the tickets had yet to be transferred they tried telling me they were already in my account (they weren’t). Ultimately had to cancel my trip since we never had the tickets and didn’t want to risk going out of state without them. When asked to speak to a manager to work this out the rep says “sorry they aren’t available, they will just say the same thing I’m saying.” Complete scam- so many better vendors out...
