Terry is the worst customer service i have had to deal with. I told her no one like her arrangement in our family and felt the roses were just plucked in there.she told me that's my opinion and she thought they were quite lovely. Whose the customer. Gooseberry always provides beautiful flowers and gifts. Recently I ordered flowers for a funeral where the visitation fell on a Sunday. The arrangement was beautiful! And I was very pleased that they made sure the flowers were there for the visitation even though it fell on the weekend outside their normal business hours.
