Taco Bell — Restaurant in Versailles

Rarely a correct order. Food is obviously not freshly made and been sitting a while. Went late one night recently and observed their sign lit up that said "drive thru open" and the menu sign etc was all still on and lit up. Sat in drive thru 15 min or so, finally called them and after phone ringing forever cheech or chong answered stating "we're closed" and i asked why everything was still appearing that they were open and no one could let myself and the vehicle behind me in the drive thru know that they were actually closed. Just another fine example of a piss poor establishment poorly managed as is typical of places of this caliber. No one cares, as long as that money is comin in it doesnt matter to them that their product and service is severely lacking and headed downhill. Ive called and asked for management before and theyve said theres nothing they can do about my order being all wrong etc. Id find another place to eat of possible and leave this one as a last...

This is a brand spankin' new restaurant. Used drive-thru. Daughter wanted a chalupa box, was told that the fryer was down. Grrr. She got a different meal. I ordered to chili cheese burritos with sour cream. Sour cream is an extra charge @ 40 cents each. When the cashier (John B.) handed me my food, I asked him to check and make sure the sour cream was in there. He didn't bother to look, just told me that it was in there. Drove the 5 or 6 miles home, took my food out of the bag and discovered that John B. Lyin'....... no sour cream. Keep in mind that this was a Sunday night at almost 10pm in a small, rural town.....it's not like they're busy this time of night. Probably won't be back unless it's just to get a couple of cheesy roll-ups (can't screw that up, right??) or a drink. Nah...... if just a drink, probably go to McDonald's a couple blocks away for a dollar sweet...

I will only go during 2nd shift hours anymore. DO NOT GO IF THERES A RED CAR IN FRONT OF THE BUILDING. morning shift claims they do breakfast but are too lazy to actually do it in the morning. You'll sit at the drive through speaker for 15 minutes until they finally tell you they aren't doing breakfast due to short staff. Drink machine has been down for almost 2 weeks so they offer room temp tea and freezes. And their fryer is constantly down. Or they just refuse to use it. Not sure about that one but definitely limits what you can order. Food is always made without care. Drive through lady has no emotion and hates what she does. Overall terrible until about 4pm. I have never been to a more awful taco bell. They used to be great. Cared about drive-through times and made sure the food was made properly. They've definitely have let...
