Audio Xpress & Tint — Local services in Victorville

This shop does do good work, I had no issues with the window tint, which came out great, not even any bubbling! They were also very informative. I got window tint done all around except the front windshield. I had it done when I got off of work at 3:30pm. I got lucky as there was no one before me, & I was done quickly. However, when I decided I want the front windshield tinted, every time I went in after work was super busy. So they told me the best time to come in would be 9am, when they open. That is when I have to be at work, but I figured I could drop off the car & get it after (as I can walk and be to work within 5-10 mins). But every time I went to drop it off at 9am, they were not open. I waited 15-20 minutes, on three separate days, with the shop still closed. I can not be that late to work, especially with nothing to show for it, as I have to have some manner of professionalism. Overall, they do good work, but it seems like they decide when to open even though it states 9am. If they had a sign or something to let customers know they may be late, or open a bit after 9am I would see no problem, but since I have no idea WHEN they will actually open, I feel as though I wasted my time & money here. Other shops use ceramic tint with lifetime warranties, for a lower price, but you need to have an appointment, & the next available were in 2 plus weeks, with a few going into the next month. I was impatient, & I paid the price. If you can wait, I would suggest a different shop, mainly for lower price, & with an appointment you can be assured they will be there when they say they will. Also makes me worry if they will honor their warranty. Or if they will even still be open in...

(Note: this for previous business owners Rogelio and Carlos Villalobos) Horrible experience went to the owners sons "business" which was audio Xpress I paid for a $400 3m ceramic ir tint on my Honda CRV and they put the most basic tint on and was turning purple within the first year of having it long story short I went back to audio Xpress and tried to get it fixed they stated there was new owners that they couldn't do anything about it but let me know that the family also owned the la stereo on Palmdale road as my receipt also says La Stereo so I go there thinking I'm able to get a solution for the problem considering I paid that much for a tint that wasn't applied and they tried to charge me $200 for a removal of incorrect tint and the application of the correct tint I do not recommend this business if you want quality product that you spend your hard...

Honestly I waited for a while to review and after a few months I can say that the work is quality work. I forgot the owner name but he is very informative and know his stuff about car audio, he not someone who just does it because he has pride in his work and he didn't try to up sell on something that I wouldn't need. His recommendation and his honesty is what sold me on his business. I didn't get audio work done just my window tint but I'm happy to say I satisfied with the work. Will be coming back for...
