Do Not eat here. Terrible Manager serves undercooked chicken. Got me in the hospital. Okay, so I came here mid/late February 2024. Ordered a tenders family meal online and went to go pick it up in store. I got there and while I was waiting inside for my order to be ready the manager (hispanic woman with a white shirt) called out a number that was not mine, and gave the bag of food to someone else. A bit after I went up to ask if mine was ready and she said she just gave my order to that guy and was visibly mad that I didn't "listen", she clearly didn't call my order number or name since I ordered through the app. So she was mad she had to make my order again and told the guy on the fryer to drop more tenders, I was waiting and heard her ask how long until the tenders were ready, since I guess she wanted me out of there fast, the guy on the fryer said 4 minutes. And like 1 minute later she herself goes to the fryer pulls out the tenders, boxes them and gives me my order, I ask for ketchup/honey and she acts like she doesn't hear me so I had to ask again, and she had her whole attitude and was very rude and I left. I got home and ate with my family, I told them what went on and about how she pulled out the tenders early and not sure if they're cooked fully, so I ate a little bit because it was our dinner and I hadn't eaten all day. Almost immediately after, I had this stomachache, and to avoid making it longer than it is I'll just say it gave me really bad liver problems, put me a week in the hospital, did a bunch of studies there, 80k dollar hospital bill, and just now in May my liver levels came back to normal. This manager does not deserve to work here or in any food service. She is a danger to everyone who purchases food where she is. I did not catch her name but she is a Hispanic woman with an accent, she was wearing the white shirt and giving orders to others so I'm sure she was the manager. It's a shame and an embarrasment this level of ineptitude, rudeness, and lack of concern over health safety is allowed here or in any food...

Terrible customer service and Terrible quality of food! Unfortunately i can not give this location zero stars. I will be reporting to corporate about their incompetence. My disabled mother went to go get lunch they got her order wrong after my mom tried to verify the order 3 times. The drive thru lady was trying to rush her out of the drive thru practically threw the food at my mother. She went back and was confronted by someone sitting in the dine in area asking her "what your order is wrong?" My mom didn't even know she was an employee by her demeanor let alone the manager. My mom informed her that her order was indeed wrong and that the drive thru lady was very rude. As my mom was speaking with the manager the drive thru lady noticed she was talking to her and insulted my mother in Spanish not thinking my mom speaks Spanish and then tried to say she gave my mom the right order. My mom told her no it was wrong hence why she was bringing it back. The drive thru lady then became belligerent and was acting as though she was going to try and go around the manager to try and fight my mother. We will never be giving this location ANY business and again I will be reporting this incident to corporate. Absolutely unbelievable and extremely...

I went friday after work and I ordered a tender box and a small popcorn shrimp...I thought it shouldn't take more than 15 minutes wrong...I was there for like 30 minutes until I finally got my order. The staff seemed to be unorganized and all over the place. Cashier was taking orders, boxing food, in the back talking to coworkers, all over the place. Some workers seemed to more faster then others. But there was no communication between them ,they ran out of tenders..no one was calling out for food...they didnt drop my shrimp until someone finally noticed my ticket.orders were so backed up amd customers were bringing thier food back because it was incorrect..by the time I got my order she handed to me and forgot to put the biscuits..so she placed them on the side. They seemed to be out of all lot of condiments ..they had no honey ,no spoons and limited on sauces. The only good food was the popcorn shrimp because it had just came out the fryer. Tenders were dry and they gave me regular tenders instead of mild tenders i ordered. ..fries were a bit hard. Their job would be easy if they were more organized and could be a...
