Extremely Disappointed – Poor Quality Repair & Unprofessional Service

I had a terrible experience getting my MacBook screen repaired here. Less than a month after the repair, the screen broke again under normal use. When I contacted them about the issue, I had to follow up multiple times just to get a response — and eventually, I was completely ghosted.

Before that, the exchange when picking up my laptop was incredibly hostile and unprofessional. I had clearly asked if a quick turnaround was possible by a certain time and was told yes — but when I came to pick it up, I was met with pushback and attitude about the timing, even though it had been previously agreed upon.

After finally getting in touch regarding the broken screen, I was told there would be no refund or partial refund, and that I couldn't get it repaired again because I had since moved out of the country. So I ended up wasting $300 on a repair that failed almost immediately, with no accountability from the business.
