If you want a quality vehicle, you will get one from here. If you want your car repaired here and they make $ off it, you will have great service. If a promise is made to you regarding warranty work, request an invoice when it's done even if there was no charge to you. If you are unhappy, take it to be inspected somewhere else & immediately take back to them an estimate with that written promise/agreement. I was too trusting & I paid for it, literally. I went on a test drive & noticed things I wanted repaired before I purchased the vehicle. Jim was quick to say he will get those issues fixed. The main issue was the carrier bearing repair, Andy replaced the carrier bearing & bent my original driveshaft. I understand that these things happen especially when pressing bearings. When taking the vehicle home, it started to shake & make a noise that sounded like a rattle. They gave me a loaner, said they'd get it taken care of. I got the car back and & the noise mostly went away except between 28-35 with light shaking & rattling. You could only hear it after you drove the vehicle for awhile but it was the same noise I heard when the first bent drive shaft was installed. I told Andy my concerns & that the check engine light came back on, it kept coming back with the same code. Andy & I test drove it. He told me that he's not hearing the noise & it sounds like its coming from the dash not my driveshaft. They called me said they fixed the check engine light & I could come get it. I had to sign to get my vehicle back & there was a note that they couldn't recreate the noise from the driveshaft. This was the end of Nov, so a month of going back and forth about it. I felt unheard and & gaslighted. I take it to another repair shop once I was off a wait list for a loaner vehicle. The repair shop diagnosed the carrier bearing with excessive play & recommend a new driveshaft because they don't have good luck just replacing only the carrier bearing per the shop. The same carrier bearing that was originally agreed upon fixing. The warranty company I bought from Jim would only cover $880.05 of an over $1500 job. I emailed Jim about my concerns & hoped he could make it right & cover the additional $700ish dollars because it was not fixed properly. Jim called & in my opinion could have handled it with much more grace, calmness and understanding. He would come drive my car & if he could hear the noise he would pay the remaining amount. Mind you, I stated multiple times to both them & repair facility, you can only hear the noise when its been driven for awhile. So, of course, despite the diag of excessive play in the carrier bearing and driveshaft & needing to be replaced, he just said I don't think we are going to agree because he's didn't hear it after driving my car that has been sitting at the repair shop for over a week for a total of ten minutes. He kept going back to the fact that the warranty company is replacing the whole thing and YES, they are but they aren't covering the entire repair amount. I paid the remaining amount out of my own pocket. To hand someone a $19K check to have them fight you tooth & nail over a $700 fix they promised they would be taken care, felt wrong. UPDATE: I picked my vehicle up from the repair shop & the noise I had been addressing for months is GONE! It sucks I had come out of my pocket & a promise was broken but is SO nice to finally be validated & have my car fixed correctly. I do love my vehicle SO much but I believe a mistake was made & ego followed instead of understanding & compassion. I believe as a business owner, he misread my intentions & assumed the worst in a sue happy world & focused on protecting himself when I had no ill intention & simply wanted to communicate & find a resolution. I wanted the principle & promise to be upheld. I hope that in the future they can redeem themselves & handle this better for someone else & create a safer/more open channel of communication because I am incredibly happy with the vehicle & warranty I purchased from them even if I won't be returning again.

1 I had no aggression but Jim did 2 how can I drive it for you guys to look at it died out on me and had to get a new radiator an alternator. You guys only replaced the cover that sits above the radiator but yet zip tied the other and as I said to you the previous owner may not have reported the accident like they were supposed but that doesn't excuse you guys from not fixing it properly before selling it but also fixing the air bag sensor which is pretty important for SAFETY. My insurance has no claims as I don't drive like a moron and I'm the only who drives my car. You don't even have the miles right which is sad. My paperwork shows different millage on it so what is it jimbo are you lying or is the paperwork wrong? My car just got out of the shop and to find these issues out the front bumper would have to come off and the cover above the radiator which happen an that's how these issues were brought to my attention because you guy's aren't going to show that when someone is looking at buying a vehicle so how do you expect a customer to see that. You say aggression but yet you over talk while I explained what was found and that this is the 1st time anyone has done that kind of work in my engine bay. Trust me I definitely was trying to bring it to you but I broke down but I guess it's a good thing I broke down because you wouldn't of been honest or make it right and still let me drive off with a radiator that is cracked and zip tied and a broken air bag sensor. The state didn't get to see pictures but now when they get these pictures I'm sure they will change their mind. I have my receipts from the tie rods on the passenger side along with a statement from midas an 2 other mechanics and my insurance company an towing receipt Again I never knew of these issues with the radiator til this. BB will also be getting a call. You've shown you don't understand that my car broke down and had to get it towed so how the heck am I supposed to bring it to you? You were the one who came off with aggression both times I talked to you. You play as everyone else has aggression but you.You had your chance and you just want to play games. Was I mad dang right I was but I didn't come off they way you did. Not sure why it won't let me edit on my other review but here's this. I'm keeping the radiator just to cover my butt incase the state wants to see it physically. You'd be mad if someone hid issues on your car too. Everything from the right is pushed to the left so I'm not sure how you guy's missed that when going over the vehicle as the current mechanic was able to see it. The only work I've ever had done was brakes, tie rods, muffler, tires, and oil change the common stuff to keep up with but the tie rod on the right throws more because of the issue underneath. If would of know I had a cracked radiator this whole time I definitely would of not bought it but again that is not out in plain sight for the customer to see you literally have take off the front bumper and that cover above the radiator inorder to see it.Whoever changed the cover above the radiator definitely saw it which explains the zip ties. The state didn't have these pictures before or know of the radiator and especially the air bag sensor so guess we will see what Ms. Dana says with these pictures. Sad your ok with your guys not fixing an air bag sensor. You clearly didn't seem to understand that I couldn't bring my car as it broke down 2weeks after I talked to you and it had to sit in my barn for awhile until a professional mechanic could come work on it. Hope you kept my voicemail because I doubt Dana is gonna say I was disrespectful and aggressive. I had a little tone but I got right to the point of what was literally just found which was a issue I definitely didn't expect.

0 if I could. I was told by a mechanic that the reason my car keeps throwing tie rods is because the dent in the frame by sway arm area. Also just found out the radiator was only hooked on by zip ties and a couple bolts instead of all the bolt required. I was in the process of bringing the car for this place to look at as a Jim advised me to and was going to meet with me and my aunt but my car died out. It just got running and the place who currently worked on my car has sent pictures to me of the radiator and the air bag sensor was also broken. I was told by 3 mechanics that my front end is off and especially the front bumper and had alot of zip ties by thr light's on each side. It's clear the car was in an accident before I bought it from them. I left a message saying we can try to have a civil conversation or I will pass this on to the state and bb. Jim clearly didn't want to make it right and told me to not call there again. I'd advise you not shop here as they will sell you car's with cracked radiators and broken air bag sensors and not care about the danger that they put you in. Well Jim you can say I'm full of it but I have the proof not only from midas but 2 other mechanics who have worked on car's for over 20yrs. I have the radiator your guys zip tied instead of finding the actual bolts. That's putting someone into a dangerous vehicle. I'm submitting everything as he didnt even try to be civil as I was trying to let him know but he hung up. Again I've not been in a accident with this car so the parts show they were neglected over inspection. There's also a huge Crack in the radiator. I tried telling him the 1st time I spoke with him but he he didn't care and sarcastically called me sweetheart which is disgusting. You don't speak like that especially in sales. DO NOT BUY FROM ANY USED CAR LOT UNLESS FORD CHEVY DODGE OR TOYOTA INSTEAD OF SMALL ONES LIKE THIS OR FROM SOMEONE'S YARD WITH AN ACTUAL REAL MECHANIC. Again the pictures are of the zipped tied cracked radiator, broken air bag sensor, and the side view of the radiator. I was lucky to have 2 mechanics be honest and actually be mad about how clio auto mall let's a car like that be sold. It clearly caught their attention otherwise why would you zip tie a radiator and leave a broken air bag sensor.

I would put negative 100 I would. I have heart failure and am a single mom with 2 kids one has spina bifida and needed a car big enough to haul his wheelchair. I am doing this all by myself and with no credit I didn't have any better options and I needed a vehicle for my dr appointments. My transmission blew the first 2 months I'm paying over double and only because my health and my sons health means more to me than a stupid car but you would like to think that people have pure intentions but places who think with their wallet don't care about anyone else and this place is the very definition of shady. My engine went out a year in and the insurance company they made me get a warranty through said it covered a new engine but they only replaced the head gasket a day after having both the radiator and water pump replaced. My complaint was over heating so it should have been given back no longer overheating but he told me to baby it because my insurance wouldn't approve it to get fixed a day after getting a new radiator and water pump all they were doing was manipulate and unfortunately the insurance company Phoenix credit acceptance was no better they are working together because I couldn't get any of my own paperwork from the insurance company after my engine blew. It's over 6 grand into just repairs and I live on a disibility income. I am heartbroken that the world has people like the owner of this company responsible for putting FAMILY'S into a vehicle. My engine cradle came unscrewed only about 50 feet from getting off the expressway a week after they did their dirt on it and went as far as tearing my engine apart and telling me to take down my bad review or they wouldn't fix it and it wasn't even 2 years in. Do not go here please spare yourself the stress. 9/11/24 You can say all you want clio auto mall but I have read enough of reviews from other customers I have done all my research on credit Acceptance and the predatory ways and I have nothing more to say to you. I am alright thank you. You shouldn't be in business if you intend to scam innocent people and do cheap repairs. My radiator blew the day after you replaced it. Enough said. I am not concerned God will make it right for me. You would think you would know about the loan agency's you push your customers on have lawsuits in multiple states. A hidden fee of 8000 dollars just to get the loan?!!! I don't have to read that because it is no different than the other responses you gave all the other innocent people you scammed. I'm gonna...
