I ordered some custom T-Shirts for my job which included the name of the hospital, the department I work for, etc. The fleece zip-up came out wonderfully. The T-shirts also look great, but unfortunately the size is not as advertised. I understand that there are variations amongst manufacturers, but I ordered these t-shirts based on the measurements provided by the manufacturer and they are WAY too small (I like shirts to fit loosely so I ordered a size larger than what I normally would wear, and they were beyond too tight). I unfortunately cannot return them for a refund or exchange because they were customized. I wish that the sizes were true to the measurements provided on the site. I also wish there was a way to leave a review for each product on the website to help people make informed decisions about size/fit when ordering based on other customer's...

I placed an order online for three jackets. I received an email with tracking information with an estimated shipping date of 2 1/2 weeks. It has now been 3 weeks and no updates. I have sent multiple emails with no responses. I even sent a message through messenger on FB page, still no response. I called number listed and all it does is ring then a beep like voicemail but no message. They had great reviews which is why I placed my order but now looks like I am out this special order that was a gift.

If there was a "0" star that is what I would give this company. I ordered a Blossom line shirt on the 19th of May. My card was charged $45.91 on May 21st. I was sent a receipt on the same day stating it would be sent in two to two and a half weeks. I have emailed this company two times and have yet to receive an answer, reply or any communication regarding this matter. This is as of July 10th 2021. This is not the way to do business.
