I was a guest at a benefit dinner for a friend and the rules here make no sense. The pavilion was rented by my neighbor and everyone attending was forced to buy from the bar maid inside. I was told they had no coffee, tea, or even water! (LIE TO ME WILL YOU) - The eagles just wanted the extra bar traffic...but when outside guests went up to the bar, the bar hag played favorites and ignored us....so it took 20 mins or more just to be waited on. Bartender was slow, had no personality, and needs to find a new job ASAP! - There were many small children at this event thirsty and sweating to death and to me... that's beyond ridiculous! Thanks to what I witnessed, I would never hold my event at this place! I should have brought my own beverage with me! It would have saved me...

My grandma booked my babyshower to be here in MAY. My babyshower is this Saturday, September, 28th. We just found out today that they cancelled my event for a bigger event. Probably because they're paying more. They weren't going to call anyone and let us know either. My grandma's friend had to call. So we would have just shown up. Terribly rude. They opened their doors to the public for this big queen of hearts jack pot. I don't frequent this location. I am an Aries member that lives in clio. I came here for dinner with wife and son and regretted it. The food was ok, but I just cannot stand being treated with disrespect and unfriendly service. I am patient, friendly and tip well.
