First... I purchased a 30 year old OMC Backup (at Melbourne gun show from theses folks.. didn’t clean it, just put some standard grain 380 ammo it, pointed downrange and pop- one shot and the ejector broke on it... brought it in (with ammo still on it) and was told to send pictures of ammo type (as if I was using the wrong grain—- is there such a thing as +P grain 380?). Then was told to come and in order to work a deal on a sig 238 I had my eye on- (marked $475, despite new ones costing around $500- - Owner Mark said they “stand behind our guns” and offered me THE STORES actual cost of that sig when sold to them...or $40 to go fix “MY” BACKUP.... - take a guess how much this pawn shop PAYS FOR MODIFIED, refurbished 238 Sigs...(evidenced by the trigger guard scratches being painted over with a sharpie, the textured trigger and the presumably soon to be flaking off with heat bluing on the upper slide....???? I offered $200 bringing MY ToTal cost for ONE Working (presumably), but certainly used 380 to $482- Instead, Mark “felt” that standing “behind the guns they sell”- and allowing me to pay THEIR ACQUISITION COST of ......$375 says everything you need to know about this business- it doesn’t matter if you’ve gone in to buy...

RIP OFF! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! This PAWN shop does NOT do good business. Sold me a broken fishing reel rod combo for $50, took it back and the owner refused to do a return, however, offered to buy the rod and reel back at half of what I originally paid. I would have been fine with $30 but he refused to meet in the middle Middletown an extra $5 bucks. So now I'm out $25 bucks and tell the owner fine but I will never do business here again. Well, after he herd that he became upset and refused to do a return period and kicked me out of his store. So now I am in shock at the customer service not to mention ripped off completely. I ended up with nothing for my $50 bucks. As a customer service supervisor for one of the largest ecommerce company's in the USA, I would have fired any CSR sales rep that treated a customer in that manner.

I recommend the Money Tree pawn a block away. I have never been ripped off like this by any pawn shop in town and do a lot of buying and...

Wow, I wrote a super long review about my experience with the female that assisted me and lost it. This will be a bit shorter and more to the point. I came to buy a couple boxes of 22 ammo for the security guard that works at the building I'm doing some remodeling in. He couldn't get away before you closed. Your price was good so while there I asked if you had a glock 19. You just got one in so I took a look. Though I didn't buy it due to the fact that I just one at the show that past weekend. Yours was cheaper and in better shape. Today I was looking for 9mm ammo and you came to mind. I started reading reviews which I normally don't read or write them. After reading the bad reviews and having such a good experience myself I decided that I will come in tomorrow and see if you have any ammo I can use. I will also buy a sig p226 if you have one there.
