I’ve been to this establishment for lunch several times over the past few months and have always had a great experience. Unfortunately this recent visit was less than disappointing and insulting. To start this place has NEVER been busy at anytime I’ve visited, even have walked into the lights being off and the staff taking naps on the benches not noticing I’ve entered, which I never bothered me. We had a party of 9 to include 3 adults and 6 children which was fore-mentioned to hostess before being seated. Firstly was seated at a table with only 2 out of 8 grills working and had to move to a different table after having started our meal prepping. Buffet had minimal shrimp available to share amongst my party and a party of 2 which was maybe 15-20 shrimp and once emptied we were told they have no more(didn’t feel genuine). Had to continuously request drink refills. Now it’s time to pay our checks and I notice I’m being charged the $25 ADULT lunch pricing for my 3 children ages 9-11. The hostess says “Oh no one specified they were kids”, if you can’t look at a kid and tell they’re a kid then you should have asked. Then she mentions that some kids eat adult portion which I took to mean my children ate too much which was insulting, rude and an out right lie. Between the 3 of them, they’d consumed very little protein or seafood as they mostly preferred the noodles. I didn’t argue with her just paid my bill. Then as my sister checked out she too was charged $25 ADULT pricing for my 6yr old niece who literally played in the same pot for over an hour never eating much food. She was also charged $7.95 for an ice cream that was listed as $4 on there own menu and hostess refused to adjust the pricing. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone ever again as I left feeling insulted and...
Read moreI recently had the pleasure of dining at KravePot on Suntree, and the experience was a delightful blend of flavors, ambiance, and excellent service. From the moment I stepped in, the restaurant exuded a cozy yet modern vibe, perfect for a casual meal or a gathering with friends.
The hotpot concept at KravePot is fantastic—interactive and fun, with a variety of broths to choose from. I opted for the chicken broth with a slight touch of the spiced broth, which had a nice kick without being overwhelmingly hot, and it paired perfectly with the selection of meats and fresh vegetables. The ingredients were fresh and of high quality. The thinly sliced beef practically melted in the broth, while the vegetables added a fresh, crunchy contrast to the rich flavors.
One of the standout aspects of the meal was the dipping sauces. With a wide array of options, I could customize my flavors, creating the perfect balance of sweet, salty and tangy.
Now, let’s talk about service—Victoria, my server, was a true highlight of the experience. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive throughout the meal. She guided me through the menu with recommendations tailored to my tastes and made sure everything was prepared just right. Her warm personality really enhanced the overall dining experience.
Overall, KravePot on Suntree Hotpot is a solid choice for anyone looking to enjoy a flavorful, fun, and satisfying hotpot meal. The combination of delicious food, great ambiance, and excellent service—thanks to Victoria and the staff—makes this spot worth visiting again....
Read moreBrevard has long awaited a Hot Pot spot and finally it has arrived! They are new, there are kinks to be worked out, but it’s worth the trip!m and experience for those who love hot pot AND those who have never tried it. The biggest improvement that could be made would be larger pots. They were quite small and very little can be cooked at once making it take longer to enjoy your spread of food choices.
The salad bar, sauce bar and meat station is a decent size, but for those of us used to Orlando hot pots, this was also on the smaller side of assortments. A few things were out and needed to be restocked and it was a waiting game… again, kinks.
But the broth was so good! I opted for the kimchi as it was unique and one I haven’t seen on a hot pot menu before. Next time I will try the ever popular, Tom yum.
The meat was cut too thick for my liking, so it took longer to cook but this is a preference vs a negative. I’m used to thinly sliced meats so it was unexpected. Regardless, it was fresh and very tasty!
The staff was attentive and very courteous and grateful for the business. They were also helpful on how the process worked for those that have never had this type of meal before.
It’s great for all people for sure… Soup lovers, meat lovers, vegetarians and vegans! Everyone will find plenty to dine on here and since it’s...
