I would recommend going somewhere else. I went for a wisdom tooth extraction. My first appointment for pre op was for 9 am. I sat in the dental chair till 930 when the the dentist came strolling into the office with a cup of coffee. The second appointment was the extraction which went fine however after a few days of not healing I realized the stitch job he did came apart and got stuck in my wound. Which I had to remove by myself with a pair of tweezers. The pain was really bad and unnecessary. If he did a better stitch job it wouldn’t have happened. Also I was told they were “dissolvable” yea they weren’t. My third appointment when I told him about the issue his response was i should have called him earlier. Took no responsibility. Apparently I’m supposed to know the difference between pain from a wisdom tooth extraction and bad stitch job. Overall it was a bad experience. There’s plenty other places to get your tooth pulled. I’d recommend trying elsewhere

It was not a matter of irritating stitches. The stitch came undone. And than became stuck in my wound. Two very different things. I have no way of knowing the difference of what pain is not normal. I am not the dentist. The simple fact is if the stitch job was done better this would not have been an issue. I also see that you have no response to any of the other issues I stated. I won’t be coming back to your office for services. And I hope this post is an alert for others to do the same

Read moreI had surgery over a year ago for wisdom tooth extraction. If I could go back in time, I would research the need for it as it has given me lasting effects- including permanent nerve damage as well as the distaste of feeling as though the care was not personalized. I understand that if a tooth is significantly impacted, the risk of nerve damage increases. However, there was never much of a follow up from Dr. Chandler after I verbalized the nerve discomfort on my right side. My family dentist followed up with telling me that if there would have been intervention sooner, the likelihood of this nerve damage improving would have been much improved. It just seems like a completely missed opportunity from Dr. Chandler's end and I am the one who suffers the consequences. In addition, I experienced three abscesses that required visits. I will say that the positive of the office was the attention of the office staff and the assistants, however, Dr. Chandler's approach and bedside manner have significant room for improvement. I remember on my fourth visit, he walked into the room, did not make eye contact, and stated "Hi, I'm Dr. Chandler nice to meet you." This interaction was after my consultation, surgery, and my first abscess. I understand that the day can be busy, however, looking up the very basics of a patient prior to entering the room is the bare minimum. He then followed this up with "how many teeth did we extract again?" This further solidified that Dr. Chandler was completely oblivious to my case despite it being a recent one. I left this whole experience truly disheartened and I write this review in hopes that it does help Dr. Chandler and his patients in the long run. Some aspects of my case were out of the Dr.'s control, such as the abscess and the nerve damage; however, there is no question in my mind that if closer attention would have been placed to my case, early intervention may have led to some...
Read moreDr.Chandler is a kind, respectful and caring provided. My mom is a patient of his and had no complaints of the doctor. Susan at the front desk, was kind nice and patient. Ivy on the other hand, is in respectful, rude, instigates with patients and almost brakes HIPPA confidentiality. My mom was a new patient of Dr. Chandler, was registering with Susan when Ivy on the background started talking without even knowing my moms full information. Stated to my mom that she had checked her insurance and was not on the policy nor that her dental insurance was any good in that office. Was instigating with my mom saying that the policy she had checked had her husband and kids on the policy but not my mom, when my mom informed her that there was no kids in the policy. Ivy quickly responded with “no kids that you know of” that for me is rude, unprofessional and a big instigating attitude. Susan was kind enough to take my moms insurance information and still put it in the system in...
