Was unable to sign in online so I went in as a walk in. On the screen was one other person. She must have logged in on line. I took a sit there were 2 other customers In getting their cuts. After a few minutes the young gentleman asked if I sign in on line. I explained I tried but was unable. At the time two other people sign in on line and there names popped up on the screen. Not sure if he signed me in or if my attempt to sign in finally went through. I told him that my name finally popped up on screen but I was in before the other two signed in. He finished his customer and went to lunch. The other lady completed her customer then took the lady that was signed in before me. I was the only one the only person waiting at that time. Shortly before she finished her customer a gentleman walked in, she ask if he had signed in and he said yes. After she finished her customer she proceeded to update the gentleman’s information. Mind you, he was not even the next person on the list. I asked when I was going to be taken and she said after the other person got back from lunch. I explained to her that I had already been waiting for 45 minutes and I was not checked in when I walk in and by the time the other employee checked me in the 2 gentlemen’s names popped up on the screen. Her reply was I am sorry I didn’t know but like I said the other employee will be back from lunch shortly and he can take me. By this time I was so frustrated that I told her never mind Take My Name off Your List. They need to have a better system for identify customers order...
Read moreWell we have been going to Great Clips on and off since they opened. For a while they had an amazing stylist named Amanda that always cut my son's hair perfectly. Since then, every since one of the stylists have messed up my son's hair by either missing sections, not knowing how to handle his cowlick or cutting a chunk out and then hiding it by putting gel in or messing it up when finishing. When I get him home I am either recutting sections or even more pissed when I see they messed up and didn't say anything or attempt to fix it. I have complained about this before and they say just bring him back in and we will fix it. I don't trust you to fix it! I say skip it if you aren't...

(Fellow anxiety sufferers will understand) I decided to try this one because of its convenient location to where I run errands. I'm not a girly girly girl so I just needed a basic cut, fancy salons are intimidating to me. My stylist Kelly made the experience pleasant & she did a nice job. She made sure several times about how much I wanted cut. Very happy with my experience.
