Update!! 11/7/2024 Today, my son visited the drive thru in the Vineland location. Something was VERY wrong with our meal tonight. From the frozen drinks to the cinnamon twists. We ended up tossing the majority of our food because it tasted like poison! Literally â ď¸ POISONOUS â ď¸ as if someone had put a chemical of some sort into our drinks and cinnamon twists. It tasted so OFF, that I had others in my home do a little taste test. We were all in agreement that something was very wrong. Not sure whatâs going on in your store Taco Bell or who youâre hiring these days, but something was so not right with our drinks and meal tonight, that we tossed the remainder of our order. You may want to check your cameras too, to make certain this wasnât an intentional act. Really hopeful that my family doesnât end up with food poisoning or worse.
Today, a friend and I visited Taco Bell, Landis Ave in Vineland. I wanted to make sure to leave a nice review, because we had excellent service and our food was great! The cashier was super sweet and friendly, and when our food was ready, she kindly brought it out to our table. THANK YOU Taco Bell for a way better than usual, dining experience! It was a very pleasant visit, thanks to your staff! Sending LOVE,
VERY happy...
Read moreAsked for no lettuce ( landis ave location currently isnt giving receipts so might wanna check the daily orders / profit margins) but getting lettuce on all 3 of my tacos isnt the big issue. Its the amount of meat they put. If you say that is a reasonable amount of taco meat then you lost your mind. Its basically scamming at this point. Either that or the workers really do suffer by having their wages deducted by each spoon full they add to their tacos. Sad part isâŚ. Im the same guy who complained about the steak tacos!!! My review is literally the most relevant and as i stated havent been back to the Millville tacobell since. Now Vineland is doing the same thing. Who is managing these buildings? Is there anyway we can start exchanging these 1/4 full tacos for tacos that are actually full and worth the $2.00 per you already charging.
I assume when the workers make their own food they fill it up to the brim( yes i seen it myself but ill keep it as a speculation) why do the same for PAYING CUSTOMERS. I would like an actual reply this time or atleast contact me and so some type of...
Read moreThe service was not very bad, but it wasn't good. The order taker at drive-thru was impatient and rushed my order. So after I slowed her down from 65 mph to 60 mph, she half got my order correct. When I explained to her that she didn't give me time to explain my order, she stated she was working getting all vehicles through, which she did accomplish. But, I stated to her, she needs to listen to the customer. Then I advised what my change was. She took it and didn't Apologize for her mistake. She made the item i wanted and gave it to me. I took my order and realized she didn't give me a straw. I went to the walk up window and she came over. With attitude. I asked for a straw. She gave me one. With attitude. As I turned and walked back to my car, I heard something hit the window of the walk up door. I turned and observed her and her co-workers looking at me as if they wanted me to react. All I could do was laugh and go back to my vehicle. I sat there and opened my food and found the straw and utensils in and on the food.
This was not a good look...
