Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Vineland

I was impressed with the service at Chick-fil-A when I visited a while ago. I was actually a waiter at the time when I went to Chick-fil-A with my beautiful daughter. I always heard they were a fast food place. When my daughter and I went into Chick-fil-A a girl welcomed us, told us a special for the day and asked us to sit wherever we wanted to. My daughter has already been to Chick-fil-A and she said Dad follow me, and of course I followed her. My daughter sat us in the back by the playground. I couldn't believe they built a kids playground inside of the Chick-fil-A. Only 3-5 minutes went by and a female server came up and welcomed us again to Chick-fil-A and asked us if we were ready to order. I looked at the food menu they had and I was so hungry and I could have ate anything on their menu. I let my daughter order and told the waitress I'll order the same thing. We had the Chick-fil-A chicken sandwich with French fries, and a soda. It was awesome and we both ate everything they made us. We also had dessert. The service was great and If she's still in the same line of work at a restaurant then I bet she's doing a very great job at being a server. I forgot after we ate my daughter played in their playground for about an hour. Chick-fil-A is most likely the best place to eat a chicken sandwich in the Millville and Vineland area.I have to admit it's my favorite chicken sandwich around this area. Spoke to the MOD today, Mally/Maully, to inquire about a DoorDash order that sat for 54 minutes. I explained that the app doesn’t allow for precise communication, it only gives you the option to cancel an order with no refund. I pleaded with him to remake my order, but was given this response, “it’s not our problem, you need to contact DoorDash”.

So, I’m receiving food from this restaurant that sat for 54 minutes because “it’s not their problem”? Letting food leave your establishment that sat for an hour 100% is your problem. Let’s pretend for a minute that it isn’t, either way, learn how to talk to people. I wasn’t condescending or rude with him for a second until I could see how disinterested in the situation he was.

This Chic-fil-A is willing to sacrifice basic human decency to accommodate a mass influx of business. That’s against everything Chic-fil-A stands for in the fast...

Pros: The service was ok. The parking lot was clean. I like the sauces they have available. The Prize / desert option for kids is nice . The whole runner idea is done well , bringing food out to you. Family friendly. Like the honest juice option.

Cons: tables were not clean ( wasn't busy) . Not many options on the menu. Chicken sandwiches with a few changes to what's on them. Wow, the tenders are crazy small. * See my picture* . The fries were almost bigger than my chicken tender. For $12 , that's very disappointing. They could use more healthy drinks options for Adults.

All and all I would go back , but not going out of my way to go. I guess I expected more from such a reputable company.
