Panda Express — Restaurant in Vineland

After a long cold day working outside, I thought I would treat myself with some Panda Express for dinner. I had visited this location twice before and been disappointed but I thought it might have been because of the time of day I had visited. We all know Chinese food is best during busy times because everything is fresh. I went through the drive thru at 5:00 pm today and found what looked like two teenagers working by themselves. There may have been one other person making the food but I couldn't see. I ordered 2 double entrees of Orange chicken with fried rice (I alsoaskedfor some soy sauce). How could you go wrong with that? What I received was about half the amount of rice one would expect and two sorry looking little piles of chicken. All of it was cold and they seriously gave me one pack of soy sauce. They also gave me one fork for both orders (that didn't matter because I was going home). This Vineland NJ location ( Panda Express store # 2888) is Ripping off consumers BAD. I ordered Broccoili and Beef bowl and orange chicken bowl on 7/11/25 through drive-in. They served 2 pcs beef (plus 2-3 pcs "very small" pcs) and whole bunch broccolis and orange chicken served 4-5 pcs chicken nuggets but 2-3 pcs are ONLY FRIED DOUGH. When I went home put Broccoli and beef onto my plate, I didn't touch and returned next day. Server explaination was that they "scoop up" once from the prepared tray then serve. Manager (Yami) said same. I made comment to manager that all the employees include managers should retrain from corporate office in Rosemead, CA. This location will not be in business long unless they get corporate managements involve to take corrective action. I am a local resident over decades and always looking for new restaurant to try different menu, but I am VERY disappointed this location for such POOR quality and SMALL PORTION they serve. I usually don’t post any negative comments to any place but on this case I think I have to, We went with the family today at this location, we love Panda Express but this time our experience wasn’t good. Me and my wife ordered the rice and teriyaki chicken so when we tasted the rice it was a little gross and the smell wasn’t the best so I went to tell someone at the counter about it just in case they didn’t realize about the problem and her answer was “ o maybe because is from yesterday” I was like really is 5 pm and they are selling food from the day before, I asked if I could get chow mein instead she said yes but I have to charge you for it because we gave you already rice ( it was a minute after we got there so I didn’t eat the rice and I threw it away). I asked her if they were going to keep selling that rice on that condition and her answer was YES let me tell you something she was not kidding they really did.
