DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE! I run a businesss for a living so I know a lot more then they thought I did when it comes to sales and customer service! We went here bc we would rather give our money to a family owned business then a corporation. At first they did accommodate me by matching a price from a competitor. At check out I stressed that we needed the sectional gray in color and opposite set up from the brown one in there show room. Sean said it would be and wrote a radom skew number down on the contract. Then I asked when the couch would be in he said the 12 of February. I also asked how long after it comes in will it be delivered he said 24 to 48 hrs after they get it in. We it didn’t come in till February 21 and they didn’t deliver it till 8 days later. Apon delivery I realized that the couch was the right color but it was ordered the way the show room sectional was and not opposite like I had requested. So Sean was my delivery driver also and he walked outside to call his boss. He then came back in my house to tell me there was nothing he could do about it and this was my couch. At this point I’m on the verge of tears. I then call his manager my self and she proceeds to tell she can’t fix the problem so now I’m mad and arguing with her for there mistake. She even at one point said to me she doesn’t know if Sean ordered wrong maybe I did even tho she was standing right next to him when I purchased this furniture. SHE BASICALLY SAID I WAS LYING! We argued some more then she said she would take back the sofa finally after basically accusing me of lying. But I would have to pay to have it re delivered. Now I’m upset again bc why should I have to pay for there mistake. She says she dropped my delivery fee the first time so to match the price of the couch but she didn’t! it says clearly on my receipt 855 for the sectional and 125 for the delivery. She never budged on that part and refused me a refund for the couch. Now I wait three more weeks to get my couch and had to pay out of pocket for a uhaul bc I refused to give this sham of a place more of my hard earned money. Read moreIf I could leave zero stars I would. This has to be the worse place ever to do buisnesss with. I was told when I ordered my stuff it would take 3-4 weeks. Well 6 weeks later my stuff arrived on a wendsay. we had to wait all day for them to show up when we were told we were the 3rd stop of the day. My bedroom furniture wasn’t the set I ordered and this one was damaged. Since we were the last stop of the day and not the 3rd like we were told the store was closed by that time so I went there the next day and was told the manager Melony would call me as soon as they open the next day because she just left for the night. I waited all day for her to call and nothing I called the store about 10 mins before I knew they were going to close for the day and she told me she had been “ too busy to call me” I was told I couldn’t have my money back but they would order me a new one. After fighting the point that I’m not waiting another 6 weeks to move into my house because they messed up the order and wanted my money back they agreed and said they would send someone to come get the set. Monday she called me and said her delivery guys were going to be there in 20 mins to pick up the set after going there and waiting ( bc I don’t live in my house yet waiting on my furniture) for about 3hrs she called and said never mind they can’t make it and would be there on Thursday. Now here I am another week out to be able to get my refund they came and got the set I went to the store to get my money back for the set and she tells me I can have a refund for what the set cost and not a refund for the amount I paid for them to put the set together. I purchased an sectional with an ottoman, ottoman had to be ordered so it wasnt delivered with my sectional. My sectional is the exact one i wanted, brand new, far as the quality i will write another review down the line. Prices are great be sure to check online too.Delivery was exactly as expect no problems, 6 days after i purchased it and my sectional is here as i was told it would be. The day of delivery they even called me to confirm someone would be home for delivery and told me where i was on the list(#) far as delivery for that day.
