Most importantly, as of today this company has been bought out by their neighbor down the road. So things may change for the better. But I very much disagree with how this business is run. Even being a rental place out of your home, there is still a standard method to the overall effort it takes to keep up on rental machines. This is your job, so take pride in it. Clean your machines, before your customers arrive. Fix your machines before you even have a customer. And stop telling your customers what to do with your machines like as if they are your own personal servants. If something is wrong with the machine, that's on you. It's not the customers job to fix, and remove scratches or dents from previous customers. We rent the machine, we use the machine, we return the machine. You determine the value of that. I have rented from DooDillys several times over the last year. We have used it for birthday parties, baby showers, and Thanksgiving. Each time we picked it up, Stephanie has been very thoughtful about giving all the information and giving great instructions to take with us to our event.

Our different social groups have really enjoyed the soft serve machine! It's really novel and really easy to use. For one party in particular, Stephanie had a dairy-free mix that was delicious that we used to accommodate our friends with specific allergies.

I did this at one of my Son's parties and we had a fantastic experience. Ice cream tasted wonderful and we all had lot of fun. It was a unique and fun experience. DooDilly's was easy to work with.
