Fleek Artistry — Local services in Vineyard

On July 4th, I won a giveaway with Fleek Artistry to get my eyebrows microbladed. I scheduled my appointment for August 1st. I never received a confirmation email, so I asked and they told me there was a "mixup" and asked me to choose a different date. (Not a big deal, I selected the next day 8/2). The giveaway was free for the initial service, and I just pay the touch up fee of $125. When you schedule the touch up, you pay a down payment of $75. This morning, 1 hour before my appointment, I received a text from Shelby CANCELLING my appointment. She was sick and I understand health problems and sickness is spontaneous, however, I felt very taken advantage of considering I wasn't notified until I was literally walking out the door on the way to my appointment. She claimed she was sick last night, too. If she was sick last night, WHY wouldn't she text me LAST NIGHT PRIOR to my appointment. After confronting Shelby (the micro blading "artist"), I went back to their instagram, and noticed I was blocked.I sent another text confronting her about being blocked on instagram and now my PHONE NUMBER is blocked. I am extremely upset and would not recommend to ANYBODY....

Shelby is AMAZING! If you are even thinking about getting your eyebrows done, go to her. She is a perfectionist in all the best ways. I had mine done by someone else and they completely messed up my eye brows. Shelby fixed them in half the time and next to no pain (because of her high quality numbing products), and they look amazing. When I was in there I saw another girl come in with a similar problem, and Shelby fixed them. Check out her Instagram if you want to see more of her work, and you’ll be impressed.

Shelby is so amazing, just a brilliant artist. I had zero eyebrow hair, they've been shaved off and I've been free-handing them for the past 13 years. My real eyebrows were sparce, blonde, and had no arch, and I just got sick of trying to deal with them. Now I look like I have those naturally perfect eyebrows I've always envied on other people! It actually looks like I have real, full brows! And the best part was she let me be as picky as I wanted and really went out of her way to make sure I was happy. I got exactly what I wanted. I can't say enough good things about this...
