Palace Theatre — Local services in Vinton

You gotta love The Palace Theatre. It's one of the few pleasures of living in a town this size. First they are staffed by volunteers. Not just average volunteers but people who take pride in their theater & work. Second it's one of the cleanest best kept theaters I've ever been in. The screen size is great (especially compared to the cut up cracker boxes of larger cities) & you can even sit in the balcony. The price is fantastically affordable, they often have 3D movies & on & on. Finally, the floor, you will not find sticky icky floors at The Palace Theatre. They run a great theater & it's an enchanting cost efficient night out for anybody. It's a good reason to come to Vinton. That, & no stupid parking meters downtown or...

This is a great theatre at a great price. I could only purchase one ticket in a typical theatre for the price of three people to go to a movie here. The seats were comfortable and leather-like. The staff was friendly. The theatre only shows one movie at a time, and this theatre is delayed release showing. If you want to catch a movie on the big screen without wasting a lot of money on a movie you may or may not like, try this theatre in the vintage...

My 12 year old daughter and I haven't been to palace theater in a long while. Tonight we went and since there is assigned seating we couldn't sit together. (We did not know it's best to reserve ahead.) After the movie my daughter said there was 5 empty seats near her the entire movie. Kinda disappointed. Otherwise good...
