This company has caused me and my spouse 1 and half months of constant frustration and useless trips just to get our mattress delivered, which never happened. They do not actually deliver, but contract out to another company, which means that they don't actually know what is being sent out. We had ordered a king mattress, but were sent a queen mattress twice, each time with the delivery folks insisting it was a king, and refusing to take them back. After several weeks of phone calls to "customer service" and several trips down to their store at customer services insistence, getting a refund for a product which they would not deliver was like pulling teeth. They also would not refund the delivery fee, because they claim the queen was delivered, even though it wasn't what was ordered. Our experience has been with Ashley outlet that they don't do refunds for their mistakes, they are actually several companies that don't communicate with each other, and that it is our fault that they delivered the wrong mattress twice, with us sleeping on the couch until we eventually went somewhere else. Read moreHighly disappointed in upper management with Ashley’s a Ms Meladee Barry because I purchased a door chest cabinet and 2 stools. Bought my down payment in within 2 days and everything I was promised was not what happened. The contract was incorrect the items that I was advised would be in were no longer available and now I was looking at the end of the month or the beginning of the next. And upon speaking to Ms Barry whom was not friendly at all advised that she would only take $100 off the total purchase or $200 off a future purchase and I feel like with everything that has gone on why would I want to even do a future purchase especially because I was barely even able to get the current purchase done properly and then when asked why could the $200 off not be offered on my current purchase due to all the inconveniences and basically was told only $100 or $200 on future very unfriendly and unfortunate your spending your money with a company to not be appreciated and needless to say I did business with their other store Grand to different locations and had no issues and to be treated this way at Ashley’s very unbecoming. Waited another hour while that lady made sure the first lady did my paperwork properly, before I signed the contract. Gave me a number of delivery service incase they dont contact me. Was to be delivered that Thursday because they had everything in the warehouse. Thursday came & went without contact. The following Monday I contacted them. Sadly, they needed another pay stub. But, NO one ever contacted me informing me of this. How does a person go through 2 people doing their paperwork yet, supposedly not enough information is submitted. And a contract signed.. No call to request this to get my furniture. Had I not reached out I'd still be waiting. When I try to talk to them about this the young lady was short and just rude about this as if I'm to blame for this .
