Really good experience and it is very professional when it comes to associating with the work staff. No complaints since I even came back after 1 year and a few months. Awesome staff. And a very friendly and clean environment. You cannot get more comfortable and old-fashioned compared to this place that is really respectful. As well as the new fashioned generation. Both the old and young have manners here. I always feel welcomed when I am here. This place does not discriminate for all ages and sizes and all races and all genders and all sexual orientations. Who is stable and always steady. And many many more compliments that I can even give on text. Lourdes and Luis are both very professional and are always on top of their job. They both give a very warm feeling when customers go there including myself. It's always very warm and comfortable there when they are there. I do more than hope that both of them get a raise. They both are very educated and very caring. Which is a really good thing for this industry. More than hopefully they get placed in a higher position or get paid more. I love the workers here they are so caring and so awesome there's no words that can even express that. And I am legitimately loving and caring that I am currently a customer. While they work here and make a good and comfortable feeling for other customers that are here as well. Thank you...

I had been a client for over 6 years now and the personnel are super friendly and helpful starting for Alex the store manager. Extremely clean , well maintained facility and easy access from anywhere in Miami. Before I rented here I visited several other places and this one it's the nicest by far. The only down is that Parking could be challenging some times specially if tenants are moving in or out, but it's not a deal breaker. Only one advice to the owner(s) please stop raising the prices I started 10 years ago @$155 for a 10x10 unit all included taxes and fees, now I'm @ 278 thats 100%...

This self storage budling and its surrounding area is always kept clean and well attended to. I did the on-line rental, however I also went in person to the facility and the onsite Property Manager, Lourdes Melendez, was very helpful and very professional. She addressed any and all concerns I had as well as showing us around the area. I would highly recommend this facility, this is my second time renting (first was many years ago), and as a returning customer it is still a top notch facility and I can't beat its location and ease of the whole...
