Marcos Ghavami make a lot of excuses so he couldnāt help us to add my husband to my bank account ! after we were showing a lot of proof of documentation.. he said he couldnāt help us! he even asked something to the manager and I saw the manager that first he looked at us to make a decision, I was just trying to add my husband but he didnāt wanted to help us. So we left. The chase on Mooney they are the best and friendly.. i when to the Mooney place and one of the reps told us that in order to add my husband to my account he could ask us just for his debit card as an additional proof of verification which Marcos Ghavami didnāt ask he didnāt even try since the beginning to help us.. they should close this branch since they only have 2.4 stars.. I donāt think Chase Corp wants to pay to freeloaders that are not doing a profesional job.. Any who, thereās a lady who works here and GOD FORBID I ask them to make a call to get my account unfrozen to remove the remainder of my funds. I called myself to the claims department and they told me the teller needs to make the call themselves not me after I relayed the message to her she rolled her eyes.
Itās around the holidays and people need to be much nicer. This lady acted as if I just asked her to donate one of her organs to me.
