Baskin-Robbins — Restaurant in Visalia

Are we not allowed to order Milkshakes? The last previous times we have gone anytime we order a milkshake we get some type of annoyed look. On Wednesday 6-11-25 we went after my daughter's Girl Scout meeting to get ice cream My wife ordered a milkshake and the man rolled his eyes, the flavor my wife asked for was almost empty she didn't want him to have to go get more and take more time so she even said if there isn't enough that it was okay she would get something else and his response was " well it's going to have to be enough right?". I don't understand how any of that was necessary she didn't say anything to him disrespectful to warrant that response and in front of our kids too. When he gave her back her change he tossed the bills on the counter as if his attitude wasn't enough. I asked who the manager was on shift and to my surprise it was actually that guy he told me his name is Roman. If he's in charge it makes sense to me why their service is horrible If it's such a chore to make milkshakes maybe take them off the menu? Don't get mad at us for it. I hope Roman sees this or is told about this and hopefully he's no longer manager after this or at least re trained Anyways I'm done with this Baskin robins we put up with it because my daughters love it but if my wife is going to be treated like this over a guy not wanting to make a shake then we don't need to spend money here and I hope whoever sees this and reads this won't spend any of their...

Probably the worst Baskin robins I’ve ever been to. I went in on a Saturday night there were two employees working and 3 people in front of us. The service was extremely slow. We were probably in there waiting for a good 20 minutes before they even took our order. The employee that helped us was very unenthusiastic about her job it was obvious not sure if she was having a bad day but when it was time for us to order she just starred at us not even a greeting a smile nothing. I haven’t been to this location in years and I’d agree that it feels gloomy when you walk in. Was not greeted, it did feel rushed when picking out a flavor, got a kids cup with no candy as they didn’t have any, got a hat though and that fell on the floor, picked up and the hat was filthy sad to say. Not very much options on waffle cones or waffle bowls, and they felt/tasted like leftovers. Omg and no gloves..are they supposed to wear gloves?! Anyways, I don’t think I’ll go back...
