Starbucks — Restaurant in Visalia

On 1/27/22 early morning, I ordered a drink with almond milk because my body can’t tolerate regular milk. I watched one of employee making my drink. I knew it wasn’t make with almond milk because almond milk normally is in a small carton container. I saw her pour regular milk into my cup. Regular Milk is in a plastic bottle. I asked her nicely to confirm with that she made with almond milk. She lied to my face that she did make with almond milk. So, I convinced myself I was wrong, maybe she did use almond milk. One hour later after drinking the drink, I was really sick as I normally is when I drink regular milk. This Starbucks had the worst service that I think I've ever had. I was second in line and the order taker chatted with her friend placing an order for 5 minutes before moving on to me (there was a line of 7 people by this point). I bought 2 coffee cups and I had to ask for a bag. I felt like the order taker never really gave me her full attention.

The guy who made my drink was great. Drink was well made, said thank you, very professional.

How does that guy who makes all the drinks still have time for smile and thank me when the girl who isn't doing much of anything not have time to give me her attention? Some people are better than others. Some people are cutout for this type of work and...

I was very disappointed with this Starbucks, 5103 W. Goshen Ave., Visalia, Ca . On 11/20/2019 about 6:38 pm went in and ordered 2 white choc vente mochas also met Mgr. Emily and helped the young man to run the register. When I go into a Starbucks I expect twill be what I ordered. But this time when I arrived home I gave one mocha to my wife and after 5 minutes we tasted something was wrong like bad whipped cream. Called the store Emily answered explained the bad taste but she said would check into the mistakes and said nothing about giving a credit.
