If I could give this place a 0, I would. I bought a bed from them and it has KILLED my back EVERY DAY since I got it. I have sssooooooo much back pain that it affects my every day life such as work, etc. I have excruciating back pain and it NEVER stops. When I go away and sleep on another bed for a while, my back gets better. I called Ideal Mattress and told them about this and told them that I wanted a refund. They refused and wouldn't do anything. I'm out $550 and now have far beyond the worst back pain I can ever have. NEVER BUY FROM THIS STORE!! They seem nice at first, but when something like this happens, they don't have your back. They just want your money. Spread the word. DO NOT BUY FROM IDEAL FURNITURE. Don't do that...

Paid to have box springs and bed frame installed, because I had just moved and had no time as a full time student with work.

The first night i noticed a difference, the bed did not feel level.

After months of not being able to do anything about it because I was so busy, and my back and neck pain became unbearable. I finally ripped my cali king apart in my small living space just to find the rack was not set up properly which cause a huge crater in the bed.

I paid MONEY to have it set up PROPERLY. Never let these people do anything for you. Or stand there and watch them to make sure your money isn't wasted...

I would highly recommend Ideal Mattress in Vista. Arnold, the owner is fair, honest and dependable. He showed me a photo of the daybed I wanted, ordered it and it arrived sooner than expected. He gave me a good price, I ordered it and it was delivered 3 days later. The delivery guys were professional and caring not wanting to scratch the metal frame or our walls.
