I would give 0 stars if I could. Called in an order for bridal dolls for a cake for today and they said it would be ready the day before. Yesterday rolls around and the shop still doesn’t have it ready so we say we’ll be in early in the next day. We’re there at the time the lady said she was going to be open and they’re CLOSED. We keep calling and no answer, no response until AFTER the wedding ceremony. We’re at least relieved that we may still make it in time to drop the bridal dolls off but by the time we walk in to go pick them, the lady let’s us know that they actually aren’t ready and she begins making them. Annoyed doesn’t even begin to describe how I felt. She then gives a time frame, only for her to take triple the amount of time. Do not come here, not trustworthy and...

We have been looking for a quince dress for a few months now, we came to Keb’s Bridal & we found the most perfect dress. Everyone here has been so helpful & patient with us. We ordered the quinceañera dress, tuxedos, invitations, crown, money box, a bear & the flower bouquet from here & we are so excited! Customer service is 10/10! Carla the owner has been extremely sweet and helpful throughout this entire process. We opted for a custom made dress inspired by a similar design and we couldn’t be happier with the results. The dress fits like a glove and has all of the details my daughter requested. Not only did they deliver on their promises but also fit our budget and had it ready in record time! She’s lowly to work with. Our experience was a memorable one....
