Drove from Temecula. One other customer in the store. Tried to buy foam and gave dimensions. Agreed on density, thickness, number of cushions. Five minutes later, we were asked to pay and we were given two huge chunks of foam. We asked why it couldn't be cut into the size of the cushions and he said it's a 2-3 week wait. It would have taken five minutes to make five additional cuts with the same saw he was already using. He said they were too busy, even though we were now the only customers in the store.

Drove to A1 in Santa Ana, and had the foam within 20 minutes, on a Saturday, one hour before the closed.

This was the best shopping and customer service experience that I have had in a long time. Staff was friendly, personable, well trained and very helpful. The young men you have working for you were dressed appropriately, and went out of their way to make sure we got what we needed. They were more than willing to move large bolts of fabric around for us for comparative purposes. I will go here again when visiting the Carlsbad area. And next time I will be more prepared with what I need so I can buy more fabric. I wish we had one of your stores in the northern part...

I wanted to get my chairs upholster but they needed about two weeks to get 6 chairs done. I ended up buying the material needed to get my chairs done and taking the else where. The service from one of the two guys was great, the other guy was rude which ultimately affected my decision to take them else where. I'm a very stickler to good service so I wish that one guy would of been a little nice then I wouldn't have mind waiting two weeks.
