Had so much fun here today! Jessica and all of the staff helped so much! We have been learning about this RV daily since we have started our RV life full time, and let me tell you when I say they helped us tremendously.....it's really just words because I cannot describe the graciousness and helpfulness that me and my family received today. I haven't been happy whenever I left a store to the point of wanting to tell someone about it in a long time and today was one of those days at Keith's Ace hardware. They are very knowledgeable and have a great attitude and work ethic and it warms my heart to see this in such a crazy and chaotic world we live in nowadays. Anyway, I thought everyone needed to hear about all of the credit they deserve and are receiving from me and my family that's for sure. As I walked in the lady at the check out counter kindly directed me to the key station to get my spare. As I waited for an key specialist, an older lady walked in. The woman at the front desk asked if she could help, but the elderly lady didn’t hear her and kept walking. The woman at the front desk quickly radio’d out while helping another customer: “There’s a lady on isle 4, I reached out to her but she didn’t hear me, could some one check in with her?” I was amazed. Instead of you seeking out a employee, they seek the customer out. After waiting a hot minute an the specialist came to create my spare key. Upon our greetings he asked, “Do you know the time?” I said sure it’s 12:15. He said “On the dot? Always, always, always the best service. The days of customer service and taking you to an item instead of telling you where something might be is gone, but not here! Always greeted when you enter and the entire staff is beyond helpful and accommodating. This type of customer service is something you just don’t find anymore. I spend the extra money to shop here because of it. You can’t put a price on having the owner help you with a $.55 purchase as well as the knowledge and commitment from his staff.
