The people are very friendly and are helpful when you need them to answer any questions. However, when it came to actually having my furniture delivered, it arrived 2.5 hours AFTER the scheduled delivery time. When I called to check the young lady replied that they were on their way. My house is not an hour drive from the store. 25 minutes at the most. About 35 minutes after I called the store I received a phone call from a gentleman saying they would arrive in 15-20 minutes. Ridiculous to have to wait all day after being told something different...
