I wish I could give a better review because the customer service was stellar. But unfortunately there were some mishaps on the day of my party that were hard to miss! Firstly a cake was part of our order and we very specifically asked for a naked cake with a grape decoration, and they even called to confirm this the day before. Day of the party cake showed up with some blueberries and strawberries lazily thrown in top. Then during the party served kept picking up guests full plates as soon as they got up from the table to mingle. In addition although staff checked in at the beginning of the party for a scheduling update everyone knows things change during a party, and staff did not communicate very well about when they’d be putting food out so food was ultimately cold once people were ready to eat. I attended a 90th birthday party at Stoneybrook yesterday. What a lay-out of fabulous foods! The birthday cake sat on a lovely domed silver stand! Both, cake and scrolled stand were as remarkable in different ways, as they were memorable!

The Catering staff arrived before guests to “set up” the event. The tea was carefully brewed to perfection. There was an exact amount of ice needed. We never saw the caterers. They left all the bragging rights to the Host/Hostess.

I have NEVER been so impressed by a group of people I have never seen as I was by Rio Brazos Cuisine! I most definitely will hire them FIRST for any event I hold in the future! They took “CATERING”...

We were looking for a catering company in the Waco area that could handle our diverse needs over a 4 day time frame for a very elite group of guests. Rio Brazos came highly recommended by several people. Jonya and her team were wonderful to work with. The food was delicious. Jonya created beautiful, tasty menus for various meals, snacking and welcome bags. There is no doubt that Jonya will be the first person we call when we have another program in Waco.
