Just want to compliment the employees that worked at this Target during the 8:30-9:30PM shift on 1/18. Every employee I ran into was helpful, friendly, and went above and beyond. I drove about 30 minutes because the Target website showed they had a book we have been looking for was in stock. When we got to the store (my son and I), we went straight to the book section (F12) and the book was not there. We found the label and everything, but the book was missing. This is while the website showed there were two in stock. An employee was quick to call Olivia, where she came right away and helped me go through that aisle in case someone had put them in the wrong place. She was super kind. She then said she would go to the back to see if they were back there (she went above and beyond) and she found it!!! She put the biggest smile on my son's face and made a difference in our day! Read moreMe and my wife came into the store looking to get Starbucks and pizza for dinner. We are minding our own business eating our food until the crew of Starbucks and Pizza Hut decided to just hang out by the eating area. They are messing around not really attending the customers not really doing anything productive. It was all fun and games until one of them decided to make a racial slur, jokingly to another. It was very uncalled for and very unprofessional that they said this racial slur. Obviously no one of the the race that was mentioned was not around but still should not be said in a work professional environment. Racism is not appreciated in any environment and I would hope target would be more professional when hiring their employees. I am saddened that this is going on and wish this is handled. I won't be attending this store again and will not recommend this...
Read morePoor management. I purchased a water purifier and when i got home I realized that it had already been opened and used. I went back to target to exchange it and was informed that they couldnt do an even exchange without doing a complete return and forcing me to repurchase it since i paid with my red card. The girl working at the cash register was super nice and offered to put it on a gift card so that I wouldnt have to wait a long time for the money to go back on my card. I expressed my concern that if I repurchased it on a gift card I wouldnt get my 5% discount for red card as I did when i originally purchased it. She said she might be able to get it for me but had to check with her manager (Jack). Jack came over and immediately said no to the discount and walked away. Jack is rude and should find a new career. People like that should not work in customer...
