Literally the worst Starbucks. Itās like target doesnāt bother to train these people at all. On more than one occasion they have not made drinks correctly. Today, my normal Starbucks was closed. I went here. I have four drinks to order. I order the first two- she does not ask if they should be hot or cold. I correct her and say hot when she picks up the wrong cup and starts writing on it. She looks at me annoyed. I then order my other two drinks. She rings it up, asks me if Iām part of target circle, then tells me to put my card in and walks away. I was not given the opportunity to scan my Starbucks app (my method of payment) until I asked to use it and before I could even say āI have rewardsā she scans my phone. When I say āI had rewards I wanted to useā she says, oh Iām sorry. And then just looks at me. Um no. I then inform her they are my birthday rewards. They expire. I want to use them. She then tells me she doesnāt know how to refund the money to the app and cannot use the rewards. Finally another worker steps in and tells her she has to refund cash. She asks me if thatās okay. I say fine, thinking they will re-ring the transaction. She refunds me the amount of one drink. It takes me a second to figure it out, then I realize how they did it and say okay, thank you and go to walk away. They just stare at me. Then I realize they have to scan the app again to use the rewards. Was that communicated? No. Only the girl actually making the drinks was polite and professional. This is not the only time I have had horrible customer service here, but it will be the last. Starbucks or target- I donāt care which- but someone needs...

I am so glad the new group are following the actual recipes and making them right especially when it is $5-7 for coffee. This is how it should be since day 1, but we will move on from here⦠Keep up the great work, team! Oh- and you can now use your Starbucks app to pay and get rewards!

And, why do you have a sign that says download app for rewards and you canāt even scan the app for rewards when ordering here? Makes no sense.
And wow, I just gave this place another chance after months of not ordering, and the second picture is your ācaramel Frappuccino.ā You can tell thereās barely any coffee in it! $5! Iām done. Iām so pissed....
