12/20: They have completely changed this place around. It is cleaner, more accurate, more prompt and friendlier than before. I believe the franchise reorganized, and it is under new ownership.
It tastes great. However, the service has never been acceptable let alone approaching good. I thought I could get around the notoriously slow service by using the online order tool...wrong. According to the numerous teenagers who work here, including the "manager" the system doesn't work.
Which begs the following questions:
Why isn't it disabled?
Or
Why isn't somebody manually checking it every 10 minutes?
Once I told them about it they were able to find the order I had placed 20 minutes prior. Oh, and you can't cancel online orders, so I had to wait another 15 minutes to get the food I ordered 20 minutes prior.
Edit (4/27/19): I keep hoping the service will improve but it simply does not.
Online order went through (ok better than before) but I get a call "we're out of hotdogs."
Ok refund me.
"Sir our credit card machine is broken, come in and we'll give you cash"
Arrive at store, sign says "out of milkshakes". Greeted with "are you the online order? A door dash just canceled and we gave you their food plus your food"
I explain that I'm not upset, they're kids trying to make money. It is absentee ownership. A lack of professionalism. I think the owner's name is Christine, but nobody could quite tell me. Anyhow, I get home and (que Debbie Downer wah wah wah) the order is wrong....
Call back, "oh yes sir, we're sorry it's sitting here. You can come and get it ..."

Read moreI love the food here but... No one knows how to clean anything. The dirtiest things that you'll notice are: the black muck on the ground outside the door, outside door handles, inside door handles, floors, table tops, counters, glass wall above the milk shake mixer, the counter around the mixer, the mixer, the buttons on top of the mixer, several other machines beside the mixer, the counter around those machines, the counter in front of the cash register, the cash register itself, the menu board suspended from the ceiling, the lights above the counters, the stainless steel exhaust hood, the switches on the exhaust hood, the office door knob, the office door, the napkin dispenser, the cup lid dispenser, the soda fountain, the wall beside the soda fountain, the cabinet below the soda fountain, the tv above the soda fountain, the buttons on the tv itself, the restroom outside door handles, the restroom inside door handles, the restroom light switch, everything in the restroom, the toilet handle, and the faucet handle. Oh and the plunger looks like it has been used many times.
I have submitted feedback through the website twice but I think that next time I'll just call John Eucalitto (President) or John Carter (CEO).
Maybe it's time for someone to take notice and if they fix these problems, I'll take this post down or edit it to showcase your excellent food. If they take down my post down without my consent then I will post...
