1 star for fairness Brought some girls clothing to consign. Over 50% of what I brought was brand new/ never worn/ barely worn. I read the rules and only brought items that were clean and stain/odor free and in great condition. Was told everything was stained and broken buttons and zippers and such. I recently bought a few things for my girls so I’ve seen what’s actually on the rack for comparison. The manager said only a few things out of 100 that I brought were usable, but still not enough to sell with them. She has the right to accept and refuse things because it is her business she runs, so that isn’t an issue. I know the items I brought in were 100% not stained, dirty, smelly, ripped, or broken, so being told they were made me feel like there was something underlying. Like maybe I don’t look like walking dollar signs so why would I have decent clothing to sell? Just something off about this experience… I have heard things like this about the store before and read a review from another girl that said they lied about the condition of her clothes also so idk. Something to consider if you’re thinking of opening and account.

Try to consign clothes there the girl accepted some and then the manager called me back later and said that they couldn’t actually, asked for my OK to donate them. they probably just lied to me to get out of paying me half, I know for a fact there was at LEAST one pristine top in there that anyone could have consigned. In my opinion, scam business....
