Owl Drug and The Gift House — Local services in Wagoner

Talk about the best pharmacy my family has ever found. We moved from Fort Gibson to Wagoner almost two years ago and started using Owl Drug, these guys are always on top of things. Two of my kiddos are on meds they really can’t go a day without and the staff and pharmacist stay on top of having all of their refills the moment they are needed. I myself have been having to try different meds for a new health issue and the pharmacist always goes out of his way to discuss how I am feeling on them to be sure it’s a med that works well with my body. They always always go above and beyond in answering any questions I have and always helped me with finding the best coupon to bring my price down when needed. The staff at Owl is so knowledgeable and always so friendly, we are extremely happy we found this place and will be lifelong...

I spoke with Nicholas about repeated problems I was having with Walgreens. He said,"I wouldn't be able to stay in business if I treated my customers like that ". "I wouldn't have any problems filling your scripts". I transferred my and my daughters information to them . Two days before my script was due to be filled, they call and say,"I can't fill your script and don't want your business ". Gave some B.S. excuse why. That must be some of that small town honesty and caring about the customers . Staff is probably the most unfriendly people I've ever dealt with. Wouldn't recommend this...

Being in the medical field myself, I understand the difficulty at times to ensure that the patient or person we are taking care of knows they are valued and more than a number, and not just a cog in the wheel.

In my personal experience and what I have seen in the community, Owl Drug as a whole with every single employee shows empathy and compassion to ensure that the patient is taken care of.

They go above and beyond, and in all regards, truly do “give a hoot”....
