The Rusty Pick — Local services in Waite Park

Pretty decent store, there is a lot to choose from. My only complaint is the same for most of these types of stores, overpricing certain items. Examples, 90% of Happy Meal toys are worthless, bagged or not. Splitting them up is uncool too, if the toy came with an accessory, it’s kind of lame to separate and charge for each. Another example, your comics are not worth the price. There are multiples of the same issues and packs, if they were rare, you wouldn’t have so many. Pink Panther is a fine example here, in “mint” condition it runs for about $5. Your copies have rolled spines, folds in the cover, etc. $2 is more like it, and thats too much. Again, most stores do the same, so it’s not a huge deal, but that is why those things are sitting collecting dust. Everything else was pretty okay though, really friendly lady at the register too. I’ll definitely check back...

The Rusty Pick has some of the most beautiful, unique, antique items I’ve ever seen and at such a reasonable price! So much so I’ve started a collection of everything I’ve bought. These postcards from over 100 years ago are so interesting and were only $2. This place is such a hidden gem that I always bring out of town friends and family here. It is curated so well that it almost feels like I’m in a museum more than a store. I always take pictures whenever I stop by because there is always something that catches my eye. Thank you for finding such lovely pieces that I can bring home with me and admire. This is truly my favorite store in the Waite...

I showed up with a big request just days before Christmas. The service there made me feel right at home. I was immediately put at ease with quick and creative thinking from their expert staff. Thank you for making my Christmas all the more suitable and special for my loved ones. When you (Todd) were able to drop off the table and chairs before Christmas so that our multi-generational family could sit around the table together (exactly how Christmas is supposed to be) it just made my heart soar!
