I followed the progress on the new facility, and when I saw them open, I took a chance. I'd wanted a cap for a while and had already checked prices elsewhere. Don and company beat that price and gave me a real-world estimate of when the cap would arrive. Again, they came in under the time frame, but I decided to toss a wrench into the machine on Wednesday and let them know I wanted a bed slide, too. No problem - both were ready on Friday and they got installation done while I waited. These guys knows about managing customer expectations.

My only problem is the new cap looks so good my truck has to step up and get detailed.

I bought a gooseneck hitch for my 2500 HD with the intention of installing it myself, being the handy guy that I am. But after seeing the amount of work to install and the thought of drilling a 4" hole in my pickup bed I chickened out. I called the guys at Leonards figuring they would baulk at installing parts they didn't supply. Not so, the manager was happy to help me out and quoted me a more than fair price. The tech was equally pleasant to work with and did an excellent job on the install. They even installed the trailer lights plug in the bed while the truck was on the hoist for no charge! Nothing but good things to say about this place. Was in the area and rushing to find a trailer hitch and receiver because I need it tomorrow. I was 15 minutes away when I called and they had exactly what I needed in stock. Rolled up there and they installed it and I was back on my way in what had to be less than 30 minutes. You can’t beat that! Not to mention with everything including, receiver, hitch & ball it cost what U-Haul wanted to charge just for install!
