After going to the usual big chain stores, we went into this store with some ideas of what we wanted in family room furniture; along with some measurements of the space available. With this information, the sales team was able to show us a variety of very high quality furniture which could suit our needs. They were very knowledgeable about all their products, and very helpful in stearing us to the solution that would work best for us. Once we made our decision, they offered us a very good price (big box stores couldn't come close!). Free delivery was made by two very helpful and respectful people. We bought a sectional from them and they showed us all our options and got me a costume couch just how I wanted it. They told us it would be in before Christmas. We just got a call today and unfortunately the sectional won't ship till after Christmas. Bought a chair and matching pillows on February 1 2020. Understand things got delayed because of current situation. But should have furniture by now. Have tried calling and emailing, no response.
